Payment Schedule

Deposit: 20% of total cruise fare due within 3 business days of receipt of the Reservation Form

Interim payment: 50% of remaining balance due on or before January 15, 2026

Final payment: 50% of remaining balance due on or before May 15, 2026

Cancellation Schedule

Please be aware since this is a charter sailing, the cancellation policy differs from standard cruise bookings. The following penalties will apply if you need to cancel:

Cancelled after deposit is paid and on/before January 14, 2026: deposit will be refunded

Cancelled after January 15, 2026 to November 27, 2026: all monies paid will be forfeited
