It was a pleasure working with Ilene over the last year to plan, not just one, but two European vacations. The first was a ten-day trip to Italy with my 82-year-old mother in October 2023. The second was a river cruise to the Netherlands as a 40th anniversary trip in March 2024. The Netherlands trip was for my husband and I, and his brother and wife, all celebrating our 40th this year. (This gave Ilene the added challenge of working with two Karens with the same last name!) These were my first overseas trips and couldn't have gone any better. Ilene's attention to detail, experience, and patient disposition ensured that both trips were perfect! She coordinated everything from reservations for air travel, transfers, and hotel rooms, to ship bookings. All we had to do was show up and enjoy our dream vacations. I am excited to work with her again and don't even know where I'm going yet! Ilene is a great travel agent.   She is knowledgeable and gives great advice.  She has saved us a lot of money by getting us the best rates and available credits we would not have known about.  Ilene is always available when we reach out to her, even if she is away from her office traveling herself.  We had a former travel agent who wasn’t nearly as responsive. The tools Ilene has available are fabulous.  The Pocket Travel app is very helpful by putting all your travel arrangements in one place. We’re very grateful to have Ilene in our corner as we travel to new and fabulous places.
