Ilene first caught the travel bug during a cross-country family trip from Maryland to California when she was 6 years old. This spark of wanderlust was further ignited at age 14 when Ilene had the opportunity to embark on an unforgettable three-week vacation to Europe with her parents, broadening her horizons and deepening her love for travel. These early adventures planted the seeds of a passion that would shape her future career.
In high school, Ilene had the unique opportunity to work at a travel agency through a work-study program. Starting with filing brochures and paperwork, she absorbed everything she could about the travel industry. Her enthusiasm and aptitude soon led to training in booking travel and meeting with clients, cementing her love for creating unforgettable experiences for others.
Although her career path led her into the corporate world, Ilene never lost her passion for travel. Upon retiring from a successful corporate career, she returned to her first love, helping people plan their travel adventures.
